2nd Shift Floor Supervisor (Springfield)

compensation: Depending on Experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all shift employees
• Capable of printing production paperwork
• Train, develop and motivate employees
• Ability to work extended hours or varying shifts to meet production and staffing needs
• Knowledge of food safety, allergen awareness
• Must learn all aspects of production positions
• Must have box truck experience and can drive a 16 ft box truck
• Must learn at least 1 drivers route in rare cases to cover delivery of our products

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES

• Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid Driver's License class D
• Must spend 85 % of shift on floor as a working supervisor

Required education

• High School or equivalent

Required experience

Supervisor: 1 year in a production environment
