Fortitude Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly motivated self-directed professional to fill the role of Front-End Applications Developer in Dulles, VA. This position requires expertise in developing the front end of web applications in a team environment where customer focus, cooperation, communication, and continual tradecraft improvements are expected.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience as a Front-End Developer
• Experience with Front-End languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Must have UX/UI experience and the ability to take a concept from design to code
• Self-starter with ability to work cohesively with others as well as independently
• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or similar OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be a US Citizen
• Active TS/SCI + poly clearance

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with source code management and integration (ex - GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins)
• Experience with wire frame tools such as AdobeXD, Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch
• Familiarity working with interactive data visualization tools such as D3.js
• Experience with Docker and Docker Compose
• Hands on experience with cloud technology (AWS)
• Experience with testing frameworks (ex Selenium, Cypress, Junit, Mockito, Swagger, Postman, KarmaAPIMocker)
• Experience with Python
