    GENERAL FUNCTION

    The Senior Manager-Marketing owns the development and deployment of marketing activities for EyeMed's Strategic Partner segment which serves 37 million members in partnership with over 60 health plan and ancillary partners. In partnership with Account Management and Business Development leadership, this role will develop and deploy a marketing plan to enable acquisition of new partners, increase current partner engagement, and help our partners grow their vision products across multiple lines (commercial, Medicare, and Medicare). The Senior Manager will be an entrepreneurial strategic marketer who can nimbly operate within a matrixed organization.

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Works with the Strategic Partner Sales and Account Management leadership to develop, execute, and manage integrated sales and marketing strategies to support the Strategic Partner growth and retention agenda
    • Develop and/or support differentiated and compelling value propositions for strategic partner offerings and clearly articulates the unique benefits to target audiences
    • Maintains a deep understanding of vision product offerings, market trends, and our value proposition
    • Manages client facing marketing assets (finalist presentations, annual business reviews, etc) and ensure they are aligned with value proposition and maintained to reflect latest EyeMed offerings
    • Owns development and maintenance of tools designed to support partner growth (e.g. training materials, white label marketing materials)
    • Owns the coordination of major events for client acquisition and client engagement (e.g., conferences, client summits)
    • Engages directly with clients to advise them on growth strategies and gather feedback on areas of support
    • Create and publish content online leveraging web content management tools
    • Leads coordination with broader marketing organization in the execution of marketing programs
    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
    • 8+ years experience in consulting, health care marketing or related field
    • MS Office Suite proficiency
    • Strong consultative skills
    • Demonstrated success in problem solving, collaboration and communication
    • Proficiency in copy, content development
    • Proven track record of creating high-quality, valuable and shareable content
    • Analytical skills with ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting required deadlines
    • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels internally and externally
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • MBA or Master's degree in marketing, communication or related field of study
    • Benefits, insurance or healthcare industry experience
    • Experience gaining stakeholder alignment, strong negotiation skills
    • Background in Business to business (B2B) sales and marketing
