Cake Decorators & Crew at Dunkin'/Baskin Robbins

SAWS LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin'/Baskin Robbins, is looking for Cake Decorators and Crew members for our Wildomar and Murrieta locations.

QUALIFICATIONS for Cake Decorators (partial list):
- Proven experience within the cake/dessert decorating business. Pictures of work required.
- Demonstrate the ability to use many different mediums including Butter Cream and Pastry Pride.
- Familiar with dozens of different decorating tips and have an eye for artistic detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Use of effective communication skills to be able to work with guests and take their cake order.
- Able to work in a fast paced operation with the ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Food handler's card required.

QUALIFICATIONS for Crew Members (partial list) :
- Experience within the restaurant or related service industry preferred.
- A leader in the making.
- A team player with a desire to learn.
- Operational Experience in drive thru, food production, ordering, training, & cost controls a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to connect with and motivate team members.
- Able to work in a fast paced operation with a flexible and changing schedule.
- Food handler's card required.
