Regional Flatbed Drivers

HTSI is a leader in the flatbed commodities hauling industry, looking for experienced CDL drivers with two years of flatbed experience who can work independently and provide SAFE and on-time deliveries to our customers.

Coverage Areas: Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Tennessee, Alabama, Illinois, Wisconsin

Regional Class A Flatbed Drivers haul loads 4,000 to 40,000 pounds


* Earn $67,080 annually / $1,190 per week (guaranteed a weekly salary)

* Base $1,075

* Safety Bonus $75

* Performance Bonus $100

* Performance Plus Bonus $115 (must have 66.5 duty hours)
* $1,000 Salary paid for orientation and training

* Six Paid Holidays per year

* 2 weeks of vacation and 5 Personal Days per year

* No tarp freight (Use Conestoga Trailers)

* Driver Referral Bonus ($3,400 per year for each driver referred and hired)

Requirements

* Must have flatbed experience

* Acceptable driving record

* Must pass pre-employment drug screen

* Must be 21-years of age or older

* Ability to lift 30 50 pounds
