About the Role The Product Manager, Collaboration Solutions is responsible for developing and configuring solutions for the product line's success. Enterprise Messaging Chat Software Micro Focus has details about the portfolio. The Product Manager, Collaboration Solutions will Work with development, go-to-market functional groups and leadership to define the strategic vision and roadmap for the product line Identify product opportunities by analyzing customer needs, market trends and competitive gaps champion and present opportunities to management for consideration Will ensure customer needs are translated into user requirements with the appropriate business case, impact analysis, competitive analysis, and financial forecasts Product management and lifecycle responsibility for product offerings within the system management markets Will oversee the research of customer business needs and market requirements be the voice of the customer Lead as internal product champion evangelize product vision and direction throughout the organization Develop and maintain strong relationships with analysts and partners. Will work in concert with the Solutions and Product Marketing organization Education and Experience Required BS in CSEE or equivalent, with a technical background and formal business training (MBA preferred) Solid technical knowledge of various commercial enterprise systems and software particularly in enterprise collaboration Skills and Knowledge Excellent ability to identify, prioritize and clearly articulate market and customer requirements Ability to set strategic direction and implementation strategies Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Some travel may be required, when safe.
