    Upstream Hospitality Group Operates Tap Room and Bango Bowls.

    We are currently looking for a General Manager for our Tap Room locations.

    The General Manager is directly responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, all staff, and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation. They are an integral part of the management team and are always readily available to support all team members. They are to lead by example and always have a positive attitude towards our guests as well as the business! They are ultimately responsible for success of their store and of our brand.

    General Manager will:
    - Exemplify leadership in the restaurant as well as in the community
    - Dedicated to building sales
    - Mentor and coach fellow team members
    - Oversee all Purchase Orders being placed through the management software
    - Monitor Cost Controls
    - Review weekly Budget Variance Reports
    -Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives- Hiring, Discipline, Training, etc.
    -Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing and enforcing sanitation standards


    Job Requirements
    -Minimum 2+ years management experience; corporate experience strongly preferred
    -Strong knowledge of using a back office software system to review/calculate schedules, inventory, cost, labor, and purchasing
    -Flexible availability with ability to work 50+ hours per week, including days, nights, weekends and/or holidays
    -Have or willing to obtain a valid Professional Food Handler's certification from the Health Department
    -Assist AGM and KM with weekly inventory
    -Review weekly Budget Variance report
    -Present sales, cost, variances, and opportunities for growth/improvement at all weekly- scheduled management meetings
    -Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary workspace at all times
    -Ensure everyone is compliant with food safety and standard operating procedures
    -Monitors all scheduling and overtime
    -Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
