(BMA) Integrating People and Process Through Service, with a strategic emphasis on integrating people and process, and proven, documented project management methodology for internal and external management while maintaining a strategic and financial focus on an organizations most important component it's people; "Love Thy Customer; Love Thy Work; Love Thy System" Business Management Associates (BMA) is seeking a Workforce Analysis (Data Analysis Subject Matter Expert) who is experienced in project management and analysis support for data analytics of HR business, data governance, data management and reporting solutions to meet OHRM business objectives supporting the HRS Technology Team and other HR Services projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise project management, assessments, designs and implementation support for new systems, interfaces, data migration, and data mapping of current HR systems data. The candidate will also support the data governance model to assess data business requirements and establish a standardized approach to data standardization within the HR support environment. Responsibilities Includes: • Support of OHRM data and reporting governance models and approaches, including creating and managing project schedules, and developing and documenting frameworks and associated processes as needed. • Support establishment of formal data management practices, data taxonomies and data analysis approaches, developing project schedules and plans as needed. • Support analysis of current and future OHRM data requirements and coordinate with the OHRM reporting and operations delivery team. • Project management support of proposed and approved HRIT and OHRM projects (such as new system implementations, releases/enhancements), identifying interdependencies across systems and between vendors; collaborate across both OHRM and IT on projects • Oversight and tracking of the progress of OHRM’s data cleanup activities, developing project plans and schedules, leading requirements, and status meetings, and reporting the status of tasks. • Development of charters, business cases, procurement documentation, and other documents as needed to support initiatives/projects. • Development of briefings, business cases and other written materials to support existing and upcoming system, data, and reporting initiatives. • Development and maintenance of a time-phased view of upcoming system change requests, including costs and funding status. • Collaboration with OHRM program owners and IT to understand and document current plans, schedules, and requirements, reporting on each as needed. • Creation of cost/benefit and Return on Investment (ROI) models to support contemplated system replacements/consolidations, and other requested financial and budget analyses and modeling. • Provide guidance, input, and project management of the planning, execution and tracking of the OHRM Strategic Initiatives owned by the HRS Technology Team • Serve as a technical expert / project manager to assist with the HR data warehouse implementation and with ongoing development needs (for example adding timekeeping records to track telework usage, payroll data for labor projections, automating SLA tracking and reporting, and working with other datasets as needed). • The contractor will also assist the OHRM HRS Technology Team with the OHRM requirements as an expert on HR, payroll, and timekeeping systems data. Background and Experience: • Must have twelve (12) years of experience
• Must be a Data Analysis Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Must have demonstrated expertise in data analytics of HR business, data governance, data management and reporting solutions supporting Technology Teams and HR Services.
