* You're available 12PM - 8PM; Monday - Friday
You'll love our position if... (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit) * You have a minimum of 1 year of experience performing help desk, response team, or administrator duties
* You are experienced with creating user account and password resets using Active Directory tools
* You have 6+ months experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
* You have Network+ certification
* You have a High School Diploma and an active TS/SCI security clearance
We'll REALLY love you if.... (This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out) * You are a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
* You have experience with security
* You have knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft SharePoint
* You have a Bachelor's degree in an IT related field
* You a security certification or are planning on obtaining one. What your day will look like: * You'll work with team members to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support
* You'll also provide operational support to the National Security Council
* You'll provide day-to-day support of multiple classified networks
* To be considered you must be able to provide support from 12PM - 8PM, M-F
The Admin Stuff: * TS/SCI clearance required to apply. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for potential access to classified information. Accordingly, US Citizenship is required
