Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented IMAC Customer Support Specialist to join our team in McLean, VA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Assists in providing customer contact and resolve routine, non-complex customer problems with designated product line(s) on the customer site
* Communicates with internal technical or customer service personnel to determine nature of problem to implement procedures to resolve customer problem
* Documents problem and troubleshooting procedures
* Attend on-going training sessions to achieve a higher level of technical skill
* Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalen * Four to five years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications: * N/A Security Clearance Requirements: * Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
