Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Queue Manager to join our Project Integration team and provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Providing project integration services for Service Delivery requirements.
* Evaluating new tickets/requirements to validate completeness and determine the correct routing and level of tasking.
* Coordinating within and across organizational boundaries on tasks and assignments to ensure contractual performance criteria are met.
* Coordinating within and across organizational boundaries to ensure ticket/requirement accuracy and completeness.
* Analyzing requirements to facilitate faster assignment and resolution.
* Providing Workflow services for misrouted tickets/requirements.
* Providing input on team's success, accomplishments, roadblocks, etc.
* Managing all tasks and inquires.
* Providing rapid response to urgent requirements.
* Ensuring requests are submitted correctly with the required information for billing purposes.
* Providing exceptional customer service support.
* Meeting contractual performance criteria.
* Reporting and escalating issues if needed.
* Frequently interacting with teammates, customers, and managers.
* Local travel may be required between customer buildings. Basic Qualifications: * High School diploma and four (4) years' experience in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Ability to support 24x7 operations and short notice activities; shift work may be required.
* Must be a self-starter and work with a clear and defined mission.
* Demonstrated problem solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive and succeed in a challenging environment. Preferred Qualifications: * IAT Level I certification.
* Familiarity with ITIL® concepts.
* Experience with ServiceNow ITSM. Security Clearance Requirements: * Active and current TS/SCI with polygraph. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
* Must be able to move/traverse within and between buildings and offices 50%.
* Must be able to position self to maintain computers, including under the desks and in the server closet.
* Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
* Must be able to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
* The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers; must be able to exchange accurate information.
