* You like overseeing operational, administrative and human resource tasks of a Program
* You enjoy serving as the principle point of contact for Program Communication
You'll love our Opportunity if: (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit) * You have 10 years of experience with a Master's Degree or 15 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree
* You have a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
* You have an active Top Secret clearance
* You have an understanding of large, complex IT Projects and Organizations

* You have experience with managing a quality control plan

What your day will look like: * You'll oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities
* You'll seek and develop outside funding sources, serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
* You'll develop work breakdown structures, prepare charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems
