Overview: Illuminate Mission Solutions seeks an exceptionally qualified Senior All Source Analyst to support the DIA Defense Technology and Long-Range Analysis Office’s Acquisition Intelligence Division. The main deliverables are facilitating IMD production requirements, coordinating the access to authoritative holdings, and providing guidance to requirements managers and materiel developers. Responsibilities: Senior All Source Analyst shall: Review acquisition documents to help identify IMD-dependent programs based on understanding of acquisition program capabilities and threats in the battlespace.
Assist IMD-dependent programs in preparing Life-Cycle Mission Data Plans (LMDP) to ensure that the LMDP sufficiently identifies the quantity and fidelity of the IMD requirement.
Work with Intelligence Production Centers (IPC) to determine whether IMD requirements can be met within the baseline IMD production capacity and identify shortfalls in resources.
Analyze IMD shortfalls and communicate results to the IMD-dependent program, service sponsor, joint staff stakeholders, and senior Defense Intelligence Enterprise management.
Conduct general outreach and coordination with DoD IMD stakeholders. This includes maintaining points of contact as well as managing and answering RFIs from all Service intelligence and acquisition centers and headquarters; USD(A&S); USD(I&S); Service Reprogramming laboratories; IMD-dependent Acquisition Program Offices. Required Qualifications: Senior All Source Analyst shall possess the following qualifications: Required Skills/Qualifications: Familiar with foreign military systems and associated equipment (i.e. armor, ground vehicles, anti-aircraft weapons, ground support aviation, fixed wing aircraft, C4I systems, etc.). At least 5 years of experience, skills, or qualifications in one or more of these IMD functional areas: Characteristics and Performance, Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming, IMD Signatures.
Desired Skills/Qualifications: Familiar with IMD holdings including EWIRDB, MEPED, or MIDB. Experience researching and analyzing foreign equipment. Experience with requirements management or RFI tracking. Familiar with naval operations or acquisition. Experience and knowledge of intelligence production processes including scientific and technical intelligence mission areas.
Minimum Qualifications: Senior Level: Bachelor or Master degree with 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience; or, specialized training & 10+ years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/ academic experience; or credentialed subject matter expert or recognized specialist in relevant field.
Time to Productivity: Senior level contractor personnel work independently with minimal Government oversight. Provides thorough and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing.
Travel: Position requires occasional (less than 10%) travel to support technical exchange meetings, as approved by the Contracting Officer Representative. All travel is CONUS-based, reimbursable within GSA rates, typically 3-4 days, and coordinated well in advance.
