Description RESEARCH ANALYST/EVALUATOR II ANTICIPATED START DATE: October 2020 CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Top Secret/SCI Place of Performance: Herbert C. Hoover Building, Washington, D.C. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and approximately eight years of experience in analytical and/or research environment. MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE: * Conduct comprehensive analyses to inquire, examine, find or revise facts, principles, and theories for internal use by an organization. * Prepare investigative reports entailing the examination of public records or other specific information sources to reach a conclusive decision point. * Consider numerous factors, such as whether the product is currently being produced in the United States, whether substitution of the product is possible, whether qualification requirements affect the requestor's ability to use domestic products, inventories, and whether the requested product is under development by a U.S. producer who will imminently be able to produce it in marketable quantities and any other relevant factors. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's Degree is required * At least 8 years of experience in analytical and/or research environment. * Working proficiency with Palantir, Library of National Intelligence (LN), World Intelligence Review (WIRE), and Intelink. * Working knowledge of imports and exports such as Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) or Automated Export System (AES)/ATS IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a Best Athlete Selection Process! Team Members on task (CONUS and OCONUS assignments, some travel): • Specific vision abilities required by the job may include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. • Team Members deployed to a combat zone must be physically able to live in austere conditions during off duty time that may include extremes in temperature, noise, and must not have any medical conditions that require access to uninterrupted power sources. • Team Members deployed to a combat zone will be subject to hazardous conditions which may require them to wear a kevlar helmet, individual body armor and/or wear a gas mask for extended periods of time.
