Description Key Responsibilities: * Develops, organizes and delivers technical training for Geospatial Search and Retrieval software. * Researches and translates technical information into user guides, training materials, and/or web-based documents for non-technical and technical users. * Creates Computer Based Training in the form of How-To Videos. (Software Demonstration) * Conducts recurring webinars, providing overviews and live demonstrations of newly released software versions. * Works closely with User Community, Engineering, and Test teams to ensure user feedback and scenarios are communicated and represented in software requirements. * Delivers instructor-led training at NGA College on a recurring monthly basis, or as needed. * Travels throughout the Intelligence Community (IC) as needed to deliver on-site training. (CONUS and OCONUS) Position Requirements Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a technology or instructional field with 6+ years' experience in technical writing or technical training.
Preferred additional skills: * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * An ability to work harmoniously in a team environment with government customers and other contractors. * TS/SCI clearance is required. * Experience reviewing, updating and editing technical manuals and procedures. * Prior GEOINT tasking, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TPED) experience. * Experience using MS Office Suite, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or Articulate 360. * Independent, problem-solver, takes initiative, and results oriented. * Demonstrated organizational skills with a process focus. * Ability to work in a team environment and negotiate solutions among functional groups. * Strong attention to detail. * Understanding and familiarity with information security practices.
