    Job Description

    In this role, you have the opportunity to
    Be a thought leader in the Electronic Warfare domain by being part of a team that designs and develops the next generation of EW Systems. You are responsible for
    •EW threat analysis and breakdown of threat data to provide world class EW solutions
    •Creating and presenting technical documents for EW signal concepts of operations and internal/external customer requirement specifications
    •Working alongside Systems, Firmware, Software and RF Designers to implement EW Solutions
    •Apply engineering skills including analysis, investigation, and simulation You are a part of
    A team of engineers including firmware, software, systems, hardware and test engineers developing and integrating capability for Electronic Warfare Systems. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
    •10 years' experience in the Electronic Warfare, Radar, or Aerospace domains •Experience working with electronic warfare signal analysis, and signal composition
    •Have a strong working understanding of the design of electronic systems/subsystems
    •Previous experience with the design of electronic hardware (either Software, Firmware, RF hardware, Digital hardware)
    •Expert knowledge in the use of RF and digital test equipment such as vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, and high-speed oscilloscopes
    •Expert troubleshooting/logic skills
    •Able to work in a team environment
    •Excellent oral and written communication skills
    •U. S. Citizenship Required with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance (Active Security Clearance Preferred)
    •Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or similar Engineering discipline
    •Matlab programming for basic analysis and DSP modeling (Preferred)
    •Working knowledge of digital hardware, firmware, and GUI/real-time software with the end goal of generating top-level detailed designs using that knowledge (Preferred)
    •Ability to lead a technical team in defining system and functional block diagrams, then able to decompose into lower level subsystem functional requirements for Software, Hardware, & Test Engineering (Preferred)
    •Able to perform engineering trade studies to make proper technical, cost, schedule decisions v
    •Experience with requirements traceability tools such as JAMA or DOORS (Preferred)
    •Experience with Issue Tracking tools such as JIRA (Preferred)
