We are seeking a Python Full-Stack Developer to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for creating and modifying computer application software or specialized utility programs. Responsibilities: Responsible for creating and maintaining optimal data pipeline architecture.
Specializes in developing server-side web application logic, building core features that meet client needs.
Building REST APIs and web microservices.
Mentor and coach team members.
Helping the team make software development and architecture decisions.
Partner with our product and design team to define, execute and test technology solutions.
Participate in code reviews and pairing.
Ensure high quality by unit and integration testing of your work.
Extreme attention to detail and ability to self-audit work.
Experience in iterative development life cycles.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git and GitHub).
Knowledge of best practices for testing/QA.
Previous experience building tools & dashboards for public affairs projects is preferred.
Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
Working knowledge of Docker, AWS Fargate, AWS Lambda Functions, or other technologies used to develop serverless apps is a plus.
Experience writing professional code in Python, JavaScript, for data collection and analysis.
Knowledge of modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue, etc) with demonstrated ability to build web applications to visualize data is a plus.
Good experience working with MySQL and NoSQL databases like Redis and Elasticsearch.
3+ years of professional software development experience.
