    Job Description

    Title: Cyber Security Analyst Principal Location: Fairmont, WV Job Summary: Will use simulation and modeling software background, software and system engineering expertise, and NASA domain experience to evaluate target programs to ensure safety and mission success. Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to the Following: * Designs, tests, and implements secure operating systems, networks, security monitoring, tuning and management of IT security systems and applications, incident response, digital forensics, loss prevention, and eDiscovery actions. * Conducts risk and vulnerability assessment at the network, system and application level. Conducts threat modeling exercises. * Develops and implements security controls and formulates operational risk mitigations along with assisting in security awareness programs. * Involved in a wide range of security issues including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access. * Researches, evaluates and recommends new security tools, techniques, and technologies and introduces them to the enterprise in alignment with IT security strategy. * Utilizes COTS/GOTS and custom tools and processes/procedures in order to scan, identify, contain, mitigate and remediate vulnerabilities, and intrusions. * Assists in the implementation of the required government policy (i.e., NISPOM, DCID 6/3), and makes recommendations on process tailoring. Performs analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards. * Supports the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports. * Periodically conducts a review of each system's audits and monitors corrective actions until all actions are closed. * May support cyber metrics development, maintenance and reporting. May provide briefings to senior staff. Required Qualifications * Must hold active Secret Clearance * Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience * Vulnerability scan tools, techniques, and procedure experience (i.e. Nessus) * Offensive cyber security assessment experience (penetration testing) * Defensive cyber security strategy knowledge * Enterprise-level network architecture and infrastructure knowledge * Network engineering or at least 5 years of network administration experience * Network security architecture knowledge * Network security tools implementation or administration experience (firewalls,IDS/IPS,proxy,web services,access control,etc) * Virtualization infrastructure experience (Virtual Machine [VM] creation, Physical-2-Virtual [P2V] migrations, VM deployment, and VM management) * Packet capture (PCAP) tools (e.g. Wireshark) and analysis experience Desired Qualifications * Network threat and vulnerability modeling and analysis using RedSeal * Directory services (i.e. Windows AD) penetration testing experience * Network infrastructure penetration testing experience Compensation Package Bravo's commitment to people first is demonstrated in the benefits we provide to our team members: We provide industry leading benefits including: * Paid medical, dental and vision benefits * 401K program with employer match * Commute stipend * 32 Days PTO (15 vacation, 7 sick, 10 federal holidays) * Profit Sharing * Phantom Stock Options Company Overview Bravo Consulting Group, LLC (Bravo) taps into the power of Microsoft technologies to develop custom software applications and solutions for Federal, State, Local, and Commercial organizations.
