Overview LMI is seeking a Project Integrator (PI) with experience in supporting the management of complex IT programs and projects within the Intelligence Community (IC) in the Reston/Herndon corridor. Responsibilities The PI shall support the planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling of projects designed to develop and deploy solutions for IC customers. The individual shall provide support in the formulation of overall strategy for major programs and communicating the resulting strategy. This work includes, but is not limited to, reviewing and analyzing program requirements and information, providing input into strategy options, researching available technologies or capabilities, documenting strategy decisions, providing support for linking the strategy to the funding, and developing briefings and other material necessary to communicate the strategy. The individual is expected to have a strong ability to clearly present information; read and interpret complex information; interact with customers, partners, colleagues, and senior management; listen well; and resolve issues identified by stakeholders. Qualifications Required * TS/SCI with Polygraph * BS degree in information technology (IT), project management, engineering, or related area. * Experience working in an AGILE development methodology. * Ability to work towards program objectives under minimum supervision. * Demonstrated experience coordinating, planning and managing application/database builds. * Demonstrated experience managing schedules, requirements, technical work and customer needs and expectations. * Demonstrated experience exhibiting communication skills including written, verbal, listening, negotiating, presentation and briefing skills, and work with people at all levels.
