Description Job Description: * Prepare develop and coordinate integrated master plan and integrated master schedule (IMP/IMS) using MS Project. * Resource load the IMS for integration and provide customer and internal reports and variances. * Develop the CWBS, RAM, Dictionary etc. * Meet all program objectives in tracking plans and schedules and understanding the components of performing Earned Value management (EVM) and technique on new and existing programs - using Gantt, PERT etc. * Performs schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects. * Responsible for the analysis of network logic and critical path. * Performs schedule variance analysis by comparing baseline to schedule. * Reviews and resolves critical path and network logic errors, inconsistencies and conflicts. * Ensures management understanding of network logic, Gantt, pert, milestone charts, and resource information in the schedule. * Develops, validates, and maintains (possible resource loaded schedules * Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines. * Participates in scheduling status reviews. * Monitors the product/project from initiation through completion and/or customer acceptance. * Assist Program Project Engineer in ensuring that products/projects delivered meet customer requirements and specifications. * Supports proposals and manpower forecasting/planning. Provides briefs senior management on status of assigned projects. Position Requirements Qualifications: * Degree in an Engineering Field. 6+ years' experience tracking and maintaining system documentation for Program and Project Scheduling and employing techniques to access performance. * 4+ years administrating an Earned Value Management System, MS Project, IMP/IMS, EVMS, Contractual CPR's * Good oral and written communications skills with experience in delivering/presenting to customer * Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to work in a large program environment * Ability to deliver high quality work on tight schedules in a dynamic, agile product environment * Ability to visualize and verbalize ideas * Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance strongly preferred * Experience creating and/or maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and any Supporting Schedules on assigned projects/programs; creating and presenting project-level reports, presentations and deliverables that reflect risk and status to program management and senior management relating to the IMS. * Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Project, project scheduling methodologies and schedule development interviewing techniques. Preferred Additional Skills: * Intermediate MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills. * Experience in a DOD (Department of Defense) environment. * NGA, IC or DoD IT experience strongly preferred. * Experience with Agile/Scrum lifecycle management/development * Detail oriented and organized.
