Position Overview : Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Defense Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Analyst to support Risk Analysis of Defense Critical Infrastructure and propose recommendations to support corrections of deficiencies or weaknesses of identified vulnerabilities. Position Responsibilities : * Provide technical analysis and assistance in developing mechanisms/processes to enable Department of Defense (DoD) Senior Leadership to monitor the status of Defense critical assets and infrastructure. * Assist in communications and coordination across the U.S. government, including Sector Risk Management Agencies (SRMA), within the DoD, and with the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) to develop approaches to manage risk to DoD missions. * Provide technical analysis and assistance in developing mechanisms and processes to enable senior Mission Assurance (MA) leadership to monitor the execution or remediation of critical infrastructure investment decisions and to ensure that actions taken to correct deficiencies and/ or weaknesses are completed. * Provide technical analysis and assistance in developing mechanisms and processes to enable DoD research and development actions to incorporate the MA framework into evolving research and development initiatives to support building resilience to lower the overall risk at the earliest stages of the acquisition process. Required Skills/Experience/Education : * Possess an active Top Secret clearance security clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI). * Bachelors degree from an accredited university in a related field. * 8+ years of relevant work experience. * Experience supporting Mission Assurance, Defense Critical Infrastructure, and/or Defense Industrial Base policy development efforts. Desired Skills/Experience/Education : * Master's degree from an accredited university in a related field. * Experience working at Office of the Secretary of Defense-level, including Secretary-level support in other federal departments. * Experience with DoD operations, supply chain risk analysis, public/private sector information sharing process, and/or emergency management. * Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate technical expertise to strategic level, non-expert decision maker / leaders, orally and in writing.
