    Job Description

    *Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer to apply* Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking aImmunology Research Scientistin Silver Spring, Maryland to join our team in the oversight of research projects within an Immunology Laboratory at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR). Responsibilities for the Immunology Research Scientist include: * Performs basic (pure), translational, and exploratory scientific research and development/improvement of vaccines. * Demonstrates expertise and applies independent judgement and expert knowledge in performing a variety of scientific techniques and methodologies. * Develops Standard Operating Procedures for complex assays and updates them independently based upon operational situations. * Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered top-level contributor. * Processes laboratory samples, executes assays, documents results, and compiles and analyses data. Qualifications for the Immunology Research Scientist include: * MS with 5+ years of experience required in Biology, Immunology, Biomedical Science, or a related field
    * Expert wet laboratory experience in cell culture and/or cellular-based assays such ELISpot, flow cytometry, cell proliferation or cytotoxicity assays
    * MUST BE eligible to work for any US Employer Compensation for the Immunology Research Scientist include: * $75,000 - $90,000/Yr. based on experience * Full Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K
