This position will be based in our Ashburn, Virginia Headquarters. Responsibilities: * Quickly develop proficiency in presenting Telos' core offering which include products and services. * Conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations. * Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle. * Establish, maintain & foster longstanding client relationships. * Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects. * Map customer business and technical objectives to Telos solutions and capabilities. * Be a strong sales "hunter" with the ability to generate demand. * Develop and follow account plans for the SLG market. * Provide timely and accurate tracking of customer information, forecasts and reports. * Achieve Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets. * Collaborate with Business Units, Sales Engineers, and Support Staff for all technical, commercial, administrative and legal assistance. * Develop and follow account plans for key strategic accounts. * Provide timely and accurate tracking of customer information, forecasts and reports. * Achieve Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets. Job Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or higher (Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems a plus), or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience (6 years). * 5+ years of experience in direct sales/account management in security consulting services and/or software sales within the State Government market. * Relationships, strong reputation and sales successes with the Cybersecurity teams in state governments are essential.(NASCIO membership/experience preferred). * Experience with systems integrators and prime contractors is desirable as is familiarity with SaaS, Amazon Web Services and Azure. * Strong Executive Presence, outstanding Presentation, Written and Verbal Communication Skills. * Strong technical knowledge with a broad range of security technologies. * Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process. * Some travel is expected. * The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
