    THE POSITION

    We are looking for dedicated Customer Care Representatives who will be responsible for providing elite customer service while answering all inbound calls promptly and accurately during scheduled shifts.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email concerning services, products, billing, equipment, and claims.
    • Work with customers to resolve any service issues with phone and internet services.
    • Complete daily workload of outstanding research required notes, close verification needed (CVN) repair tickets, canceled orders, and other items assigned by Team Leader.
    • Troubleshoot problems with phone service.
    • Assist customers with activating new phone, internet, and wireless service.
    • Respond to repair tickets during rotating weekending on-call shift.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING

    • High School diploma required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
    • 1+ years of experience as a Customer Care Representative (or alternative role).
    • Strong customer orientation with a demonstrated understanding of superior customer service techniques.
    • Proficiency with the MS Office package and CRM.
    • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
