    JOB SUMMARY: As a Business Sales Associate for CellOnly, you will be required to actively be connecting with current and potential business clients, build a relationship with them and qualify them for the right device, offer and sell additional products and services, genuinely thank the customer for their business and follow up with them periodically. You will also be required to make no less than five calls a day to current and potential customers.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

    • Responsible for new customer acquisition and account development.
    • Manage day to day operations for all outside sales activities which include lead reports, sales funnel, and key communications.
    • Develop strategic business plan to prospect, qualify and close opportunities in market segments.
    • Other duties as assigned by upper management

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    • 2+ years of applicable experience in sales highly preferred.
    • Associates Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience required.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal
    • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
    • Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational, project management and analytical skills
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to sell customers with sales presentations
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Flexible work schedule for business sales needs, may require evenings and weekends.

    PHYSICAL DEMENDS: To successfully perform the essential functions of this job with the able to stand, walk and bend up to 70% of the time and able to sit over 30% of the time.

    COMPENSATION: Business Sales Associates are paid straight commission based on total GP with paid travel/vehicle expenses.
