    Kunes Country Auto Group is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our appointment scheduling team.  The appointment scheduling team is responsible for incoming and outgoing communications for the sales team and setting the appointment for them.  Hourly with monthly bonus.


    • Answer customer calls and establishes follow-up with sales appointments.
    • Respond quickly to customer requests.
    • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
    • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
    • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.


    • At least one previous role based on customer service experience
    • An excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
    • Positive and hardworking personality
