Seeking Professional General Manager and Assistant Manager for a Nationally Branded Fast Casual Restaurant Located in New Orleans, LA (Algiers) and Harvey, LA
Candidate Requirements (not limited to):
· Minimum 2 years as General Manager/Assistant Manager in either the restaurant industry or other management experience where skills are transferable
· Have full 24/7 - 365 availability (including holidays) and able to work a minimum of 50 hours a week (5 to 6 days a week) Usually 5 ten hour days
· Able to perform all management related functions for successful day to day operations
o Team member selection, Training, Scheduling, Coaching, Performance reviews
o Develop a competent leadership team through identifying, coaching, mentoring and promoting internal shift leader candidates
o Providing excellent guest service while maintaining highly disciplined brand operational standards and health code requirements
o Achieve sales building goals and establish community rapport
o Meet business and profitability goals
o Accurately handle all administrative requirements
· Knowledgeable/experienced in basic management financial/logistical functions
o Inventory control
o Payroll management
o Other variable cost controls
o Health code and labor legal compliance
· Must supply at least two career references
· Should reside within 20 miles of New Orleans
