Job Summary: The Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining various aspects of operations, focusing on daily tasks from the operations team. The Coordinator will collaborate with department managers to ensure success in their day to day functions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support with the initial task - a project set up, tracking deliverables, timely data entry, and real-time status reporting
- Assist with meetings, notes, action items, and presentations
- Updating project tracking mechanisms (both internally and externally)
- Document retention, accuracy, transmission, and storage
- Coordinate with multiple persons, between departments and projects.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Schedule and attend meetings when required.
- Coordinate and attend training sessions.
- Process documentation and record activities, action items and notes as required, monitor application requests and update and audit various data for accuracy
- Support other functions as assigned.
Skills & Experience:
- Associate degree or 3+ years equivalent industry or professional experience
- Desire and ability to learn, synthesize and execute quickly
- Capacity to keep calm in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
- Proven and demonstrated administrative proficiency
- Ability to resolve conflict with poise
- Scheduling competency and how to manage multiple conflicting priorities • Strong MS Office Suite skills
