    Responsibilities

    Position Summary:

    This position works closely with the Manager of Employee Health and Wellness to support pre-screening health requirements and employee health initiatives. This position has the responsibility to ensure that all pre-employment health assessments are completed and documented in the appropriate systems. Reviews screening results against established protocols and refers questionable findings to the Manager of Employee Health and Wellness for review/decision.
    • Assists with the development of policies, standard operating procedures and diagramed workflows to support employee health processes.
    • Responsible to analyze and compile employee health data; generates reports and trending graphs and presents findings to senior management.
    • Gather, continue and analyze data from a variety of sources and systems.
    • Assists with various clinical functions under the oversight of the Employee Health Nurse Practitioner.
    • Any other duties as assigned to support Department initiatives and projects.
    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • 2 years related experience, including working knowledge of reporting, auditing and data analysis required.
    • 1 year employee health, workers compensation or customer experience.
    • Graduated from an accredited nursing education program with the nursing degree posted.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of employee health principles, concepts, standards and regulations.
    • Strong project management, problem resolution and communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze same.
    • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word and ability to use/learn company specialized software and hardware, particularly databases.
    • Possesses a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to organize personal workload and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
    • Licensed Practical Nurse LPN or Licensed Vocational Nurse = LVN = ; CT CPRBLS - Basic Life Support - AHA
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 5 years of professional reporting analysis experience preferred. 5 years of progressive and varied experience in health care.
    • Experience in a multi-speciality physician group setting preferred.
    • Associates degree with coursework in business or health care related professions from accredited community college.
