    Job Summary:

    The Content Producer will collaborate with team members to conceive, design, and produce content and collateral to enhance and elevate the quality of presentations, videos, graphic design and digital/social communications on behalf of the Foundation. This position is responsible for start-to-finish production of all creative content for a wide variety of marketing, event, digital and social initiatives. Examples of creative content production include; short and long-form videos, infographics, case studies, newsletters, reports, presentations, social media, webinars, and more.

    Responsibilities:

    Video Production

    Lead the production of multimedia, graphics, video, and audio assets that effectively support our efforts and global brand.
    Ability to script, shoot edit and deploy video content.
    Manage multiple projects and deadlines with effective stakeholder communication.
    Design and produce compelling motion graphics/animation projects using Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere in a Mac environment.
    Design and produce exceptional video content that represents our people, products, customers, and brand in ways that are rich and compelling.
    Lead and manage external agencies and contractors as required to accomplish projects.

    Graphic Design
    Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials
    Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite-including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more
    Collaborate with internal team members to fully understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like. Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the
    communications.
    Manage creative / design projects from concept to completion
    Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced work environment with tight production deadlines
    Maintain a consistent design aesthetic that aligns with our brand / style guideline

    Qualifications

    Education:

    Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Film, Video Production, or a related field

    Preferred: Master's Degree in related field

    Experience:

    Minimum: 5 years working in video production and graphic design

    Preferred: 5 years working in video production and graphic design for Ad Agency, TV Network, Sports Team or similar industry that aspires to create an emotional response in produced content.

    Special Skills:

    Familiarity and competence with video and graphic design software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DreamWeaver, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

    Preferred: Experience in web design and knowledge of WordPress a plus.
