The Growth Marketing Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple's media products and services. The team focuses on the timely delivery, strategy, and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users across multiple Apple services, including: Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, App Store, and Apple One. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications
At least 5 years in marketing operations and SVOD, TVOD, or other video service.
Experience with marketing CRMs system such as Salesforce or others.
Track record of building and maximizing video campaigns to maximize return on investment.
Experience working with engineering, video analytics, and product teams to implement new features that promote viewership (this includes business and functional requirements).
Experience working in an environment with users at scale and high-stakes.
A stellar teammate and able to influence and drive decision making for the group as a whole.
The ideal candidate brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing operations and execution for our TV+ Marketing Operations team. Brings experience in online video service (SAAS) and is comfortable with subscription based services at scale for video services. The primary focus of this individual will be to lead the development and execution of our TV+ marketing strategies as well as tracking their performance closely. This role requires a highly motivated self starter who is detail oriented, highly thorough and a love for Apple TV+. Able to perform under tight deadlines to support TV show launches, new premiers, and other content promotions. Able to pull and analyze TV sign-up and consumption data using Excel or similar data-analytics tools. Run A/B tests and measure effectiveness for improving the funnel and consumption. Ability to identify KPIs and optimize toward maximizing them.
