    Job Description

    The Quality Lead Analyst role provides direct support to the Branch Sales & Support leadership team to identify and recommend solutions to drive the resolution of control gaps identified within the branch network policies and procedures. Requires an understanding of branch policies and procedures and the branch control environment, including performing advanced root cause analysis, end to end process reviews, gap analysis, and risk assessments. Manages multiple issues and corrective action plans to completion. Actively engages and influences key business and functional partners to achieve optimal business outcomes.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Identify and recommend solutions to drive the resolution of control gaps identified within existing the branch network policies and procedures.
    • Complete end to end process reviews, when necessary, to assist with the identification of gaps.
    • Assess risks and drive actions to determine and address root causes that lead to operational risk losses by challenging both historical and proposed practices.
    • Manage multiple issues and corrective action plans end to end.
    • Revise and create branch policies and procedure documentation (Source Cards, Forms) to support branch execution of operational priorities.
    • Manage positive working relationships with key business and functional partners including branch operations, risk, fraud, control, customer experience, compliance, and legal.
    • Appropriately assess risk when business recommendations and decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the bank's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets.
    • Develop presentations and provide ad-hoc support as needed for key branch operations and business initiatives
    • Extensive knowledge of activities and control environment of a retail branch.
    • Demonstrated understanding of operational risk and control gap identification.
    • Excellent written and oral communicationskills with ability to clearly articulate issues.
    • Strong internal relationship management and influencing skills.
    • Thorough overall attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to identify issues, improve processes and manage projects.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a branch leadership or risk & controls related role.
    • BA/BS or professional qualification preferred.
