    The Field Strategic Services (FSS) team is responsible for transformational platform strategies that provide better tools and a better experience for our Financial Advisors, service professionals, and clients.

    We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Service Strategy & Solutions team. The candidate will be a vital part of a dynamic team responsible for enhancing the service and processing platforms across various businesses, creating process efficiencies and new business opportunities. The position will have a unique opportunity to engage with various stakeholders and leverage advanced technology solutions across multiple lines of business and platforms to support centralization strategies and service models. Primary responsibilities will include supporting the analysis, design, development and delivery of solutions to drive business process innovation and streamlining across Wealth Management products and services. This position will create business requirements and other project related artifacts to drive workflow solutions and reengineering projects, and help lead discovery and working sessions while managing day-to-day agile framework activities and ceremonies. The position will also help drive integration initiatives for E*TRADE processes and technologies to support future target operating and service models and key strategic business partners.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Perform business analysis, create detailed requirements (use-cases, user stories, or any other artifacts) and provide subject matter expertise to deliver enhanced and streamlined processes to our business units and stakeholders

    Lead partners across various project life cycles to ensure alignment and cohesiveness across the workflow platform space

    Act as a liaison between the business and the product and technology teams

    Lead project initiatives and drive field and home office operational workflow enhancementsManage efforts to incorporate new technology capabilities onto the Workflow and Document Management Platform and provide user support during delivery phases

    Identify and elaborate on critical user journeys, use cases, workflows, and business processes that align with the vision/goals and address critical user and business needs

    Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning ceremonies to communicate requirements and drive consensus with squad and program stakeholders

    Collaborate to deliver strategic roadmaps and solutions across the broader WM organization as it relates to the Workflow Platform portfolio and help drive adoption of platform changes

    Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in wealth management, financial services, management consulting or careers where a similar skill set is developed and demonstrated
    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously and delivering within associated timelines
    • Experience with Agile or application development methodology for technology projects is a plus
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to define complex business problems, synthesize data, and provide and execute on tactical and strategic solutions
    • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and work ethic
    • Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SLDC) and understanding of Product Management software such as JIRA is a plus
