Job Summary: The Compensation team leads the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that support business clients based around the globe. This includes designing base salary programs, incentive plans and alternative rewards programs that drive the attraction and retention of critical talent while reflecting market conditions, internal equity, a strong pay for performance philosophy and the company's priorities and strategies.
Senior Manager is responsible for the leading the strategy and coordination of various compensation initiatives including segment specific efforts as well as corporate driven projects. The Senior Manager will lead a team of managers and senior analysts supporting compensation work across the segment and ensure consistency in approach and implementation. Team members may be geographically dispersed. Responsibilities:Build and lead a highly efficient team of compensation professionals supporting the work needed to institute structure and harmonization across the DMED segment. Sr Manager will lead work related to compensation initiatives such as:
Job family architecture - identification of job families, benchmarking to salary surveys, conducting compensation analyses, identifying and facilitating FLSA review, developing communication to leaders and employees.
Harmonization of employee populations into TWDC programs and structures
Support Rollout of Disney Vista
Partner with GHRO/Org Management/HR Technology on initiatives such as assessing time and pay policies and supporting analysis for Tech comp strategy.
Contribute to creating consistency in the organization and maintenance of job family information including career path documentation, salary range and coding information
Ensure coordination and consistent approach to work across segment. Promote close collaboration between managers, HR business partners and business leaders.
Collaborate with stakeholders/partners to continually improve processes, both compensation-specific and broader HR; drive for continued improvement in efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
Cooperating with DMED Compensation Directors, manage the hiring and on-boarding of compensation managers and compensation senior analyst positions. Will have on-going management responsibilities of the project team.

Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Access and Cognos required.
8+ years of compensation experience including people management experience
Work experience with a large corporate employer, leading consulting firm and/or emerging technology roles preferred
Familiarity with SAP and Workday a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or equivalent
CCP or Master's degree in a related discipline preferred
