The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns by leveraging lead generation best practices and partnering with the sales organization to help drive revenue. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this remote role will help build the demand generation engine for the company.
The ideal candidate has built multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive leads and knows how to optimize campaigns based on outcomes. This person has a highly entrepreneurial spirit with a data-driven mindset. The ability to write persuasive emails, landing pages, and other short-form content in a must-have for this role.
What You'll Do
Create and execute strategic multi-channel campaigns that drive both top-of-funnel leads and mid-funnel nurture programs.
Understand our target audience and personas, design experiments, develop campaign strategies, and drive execution of campaigns to achieve pipeline targets
Write copy for marketing campaigns including emails, landing pages, webpages, and other short-form content as needed
Identify the right marketing messages, value propositions, marketing collateral, channels, and CTAs for campaigns
Define and manage a system for determining the quality of leads in order to improve overall campaign effectiveness and sales performance
Ensure clear goals for marketing campaigns/programs; track and report on performance versus those goals
Work cross-functionally on customer journey and segmentation projects to identify pain points/gaps in conversion and retention. Create and execute campaigns to improve outcomes
Have a deep understanding of the marketing-sales funnel, with a proven track record of driving MQLs, opportunities, and nurturing leads
Be the marketing technology expert for the team, working closely with Operations on integrations, reporting, and more
Stay abreast of industry and marketing trends to identify more innovative ways to approach marketing channels and programs
Who You Are
3-5 years’ marketing experience. B2B, SaaS, and healthcare experience strongly preferred
Fluent in HubSpot, with experience in developing campaigns, lead scoring, and landing pages within the HubSpot platform
Experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, or other CRM tool
Proficient in making data-backed decisions and using data to ask and answer questions that move the business forward
Ability to manage multiple competing projects and prioritize tasks based on business need and urgency
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
