Once established in the Medical/Surgical Float Pool, you could become a SWOT (Resource) trained Nurse.
Under this training you would become (but not limited to):
~Trained to attend all codes and alerts
~Trained to be able to insert feeding tubes
The float pool will give you the opportunity to float within a few various departments within a smaller setting of Miller Dwan; while gaining knowledge from those units and broadening you skill set, whether you are a New Grad or have been an RN for many years looking for change-all are welcomed to apply.

~Once established in the Float pool you would receive a Float Pool differential starting at an additional 0.50/hr. to eventually an additional $1.50/hr.
