    Job Title: Customer Experience Sales Representative

    Temp-to-Hire Opportunity!

    Pay rate: $20/hr. + potential for monthly bonuses.

    Schedule:  Monday through Friday (8:00-5:00 PM)

    The Customer Experience Sales Representative is an integral part of the sales and customer experience organization.   They are responsible for increasing our market visibility and sales through telephone surveys and selling.  The Customer Experience Sales Representative will contact all surgical offices to document their current implant utilization and preferred implant suppliers.  In addition, this position will be responsible for presenting and selling special promotional offers.

    Accountabilities

    • Achieve daily call volume targets within assigned customer segment
    • Conduct probing conversations and telemarketing survey actions to capture visibility requirements.
    • CRM utilization – Dynamics & database management / maintain & enrich our CRM database with quality data.
    • Capture and administer leads coming from different sources
    • Provide customer feedback to the Marketing and Sales teams
    • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
    • Complete all administrative work in a timely manner
    • Other tasks may be assigned

     

    Education or Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or equivalent work experience
    • 2+ years sales, lead generation or call center experience preferred
    • Intermediate to advanced experience with CRM systems (ie. Dynamics), database management systems, and common sales tools/methods preferred

     

    Knowledge and skills:

    • Fluent in English; second language is a plus
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, with focus on Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
    • Ability to digest, comprehend, and verbalize highly technical information related to company and industry products and services
    • Basic to intermediate computer skills
