$14.00/ HR 

Pre-Press Tooling Assistant: responsible for servicing all removable components of press (cylinders, gears, anilox, heads, pans, etc.) Assist mounting with cleaning, stripping and prepping plates. Other duties assigned. 

• Assist with plate prepping and cylinder sleeving 
• Housekeeping in pre-press and ink waste areas
• Preparing rollers for cleaning; loading anilox into the cleaning unit; operating the cleaning equipment; removal of anilox rollers and filling out inspection report
• Staging press components. Assembling carts with the required parts for upcoming jobs on each of the press
• Cleaning the parts in the tank for the presses. Cleaning ink kits and various parts in the plant
• Punctuality and adherence to the company attendance policy are essential
• Reassembly of the equipment for wash tank. Disassemble components from the press to be out into the wash up tank for cleaning
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combinations of education and experience
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be detail conscious, quality control and safe production oriented
