The primary purpose of the Stylist is to deliver the Supercuts 360 Customer Experience and maintain an enthusiastic, professional environment, where customer satisfaction is consistently assured. Team members must understand customers' needs, concerns and perceptions, enabling them to identify and create an environment conducive to outstanding customer service. Team members must provide a consistent image, have the ability to inspire respect and creativity understand the Operating Principles. Their primary role is customer service.
