One Identity Product Marketing, Content, and Partner Marketing
Develops and implements integrated marketing strategies for the specified One Identity product line. Manages multiple product strategies and determines the best go-to-market approach for the products. Manages the entire product marketing, content, and partner marketing teams and leads development of marketing plans and tactics that will correctly position One Identity and its solutions in the market, generate leads, and enable the sales force to succeed.
-Directs the development of market requirements for specified One Identity product(s) and product line(s), including product go-to-market strategy definition and execution, requirements analysis and pricing.
-Monitors the development of business plans, assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share.
-Translates overall One Identity strategies into structured product marketing plans and reports regularly on program results.
-Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.
-Directs the related content activities to support the go-to-market strategies and tactics for the company and entire product line.
-Directs all strategic and tactical partner and channel marketing activities as performed by the partner marketing team
-Manages the content creation and usage across all marketing activities
-Manages the content creation for sales enablement initiatives and leads the delivery of all necessary trainings
-Works closely with Product Management to establish pricing strategies and develop marketing tools for successful product introductions
-Works closely with Product Management to lead new product definition and business plans.
-Monitors market trends and identifies appropriate target markets across the entire product line.
-Manages the coordination of product lines through the product life cycle.
-Analyzes and forecasts the nature of business and the market
-Integrates a range of complex data to determine the need for major corporate initiatives.
-Creates opportunities for growth and change through revisions to current industry
-Serves as a key liaison to high-profile external organization associations
-10+ years of relevant experience or combination of education and experience in the identity and access management or security markets (specific strength in Privileged Access Management ideal).
-3+ years in a Manager capacity in Marketing
-Must be able to travel up to 30%
