A Restaurant Manager reports to a Multi-Unit Manager and/or the Director of Operations and is responsible for the direct oversight of a single Dunkin’ restaurant.
A successful Restaurant Manager is a role model for exceptional Guest Service within the restaurant and encourages his/her Team through example to be the best part of their Guest’s day! Managers duties include, but are not limited to:
Hiring, training, and development of Crew Members
Ensure Dunkin’ Brands standards are met, adhered to, and exceeded
Creating Schedules and Food Orders which adhere to a Budget
Develop plans for the restaurant which promote the marketing of new products
Complete internal Audits to validate best-in-class levels of Operation
Manage POS systems and handle the daily financials of the restaurant
