Due to continued growth, we are looking for an eager and well-rounded LPC/LMFT therapist who enjoys working with child and adolescents to join our treatment team. We specialize in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents and adults with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, general psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety, oppositional defiance, PTSD and substance abuse disorders. We also have an intensive outpatient program for clients who do not want or meet criteria for hospitalization. The Woodlands Behavioral Health and Wellness Center is a boutique out-patient mental health practice located in The Woodlands, which offers the following: Flexible working hours - the clinic is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm which allows clinicians to choose their own schedule. Generous above average contract rates - we are an out- of-network, private fee-for service practice which means we are not limited by health insurance in-network fee contracts. No insurance billing - treatment is focused on the client's needs and not undermined by time spent working with insurance companies. Multidisciplinary team support - therapists participate as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team of LPCs or LMFTs, psychologists, psychiatrists and coaches who work together to treat the whole client and their significant others. Individualized treatment plans - Innovative treatment solutions are encouraged based on the client's needs; there are no "cookie cutter" approaches to treatment.
