Our leading financial services client is seeking a motivated, results-driven Solutions Architect to join their team on a long-term basis.
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Solutions Architect:
Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign
Produce a detailed functional design document aligned with customer requirements
Provide current best practice and third party solution alternatives in functional design document
Lead UAT efforts
Requirements of the Solutions Architect:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Proven track record in cloud technologies
Hands-on experience with some: Force.com, APEX, VisualForce, Workflows, OBM, Integrations, Java/J2EE, C++
Knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture
Experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
Experience with SOAP, RESTful, .NET, and related technologies
Experience with Struts, Spring, Hibernate, and DB technologies
