Our leading client is seeking a skilled Point of Sale Support Analyst, well versed in providing Point-of-Sale (POS) support, mobile configuration, and reporting solutions in a large enterprise environment. Restaurant experience preferred. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the Point of Sale Support Analyst: Manage, track, and complete POS, mobile configuration, and report requests for existing units Resolve hosted POS and mobile configuration and reporting issues escalated through vendor help desks Edit and verify data imports and exports meet standard file specifications Perform requested updates to standard database content Uphold standard database integrity for hosted POS and mobile solutions Requirements of the Point of Sale Support Analyst: Strong knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) solutions and mobile technologies BOH configuration experience required - restaurant industry preferred Oracle/Micros experience or Agilysys (InfoGenesis) POS experience Customer service, help desk, or remote support experience Strong communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of computer network infrastructure design and communications Keywords: Point of Sale Support Analyst, POS, Mobile, Restaurant Industry Job ID: 349820About Eliassen Group: Eliassen Group provides strategic consulting and talent solutions to drive our clients' innovation and business results.
