Our client is seeking a skilled, customer service oriented Apple Technical Support Specialist to support a leading company with offices in Cupertino and Sunnyvale.
Responsibilities of the Apple Technical Support Specialist:
Provide on-site in-person expertise and training for Apple products
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve device-related problems for customers
Document and log job tickets; consistently update ticket tracking system
Advise, support, and manage OS projects including rollouts and upgrades
Requirements of the Apple Technical Support Specialist:
Bachelor's degree preferred; at least 2 years of experience in MacOS environment
Expertise in all aspects of MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, WatchOS environments
Excellent time management and sound judgment: ability to make decisions quickly and accurately
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, enjoy working with people
Ability to maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times
Ability to provide technical support for a wide range of customer types
Ability to work on-site in the SF Bay area daily
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Passion for all things Apple
