Responsibilities:

Coordinates nursing and hospital support services while maintaining an awareness of facility and corporate issues. Coordinates patient flow and patient transfers corporate-wide in conjunction with medical staff, other hospitals, managers, and Nursing Administration or Bed Control/Admitting/ED. Facilitates communication and conflict resolution within the facility, between facilities and with outside entities. Utilizes clinical skills as a support to the point of service.

Qualifications:

Experience
• 5 years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse required
• 1 year of experience in management required

 

Licenses and Certifications
• RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification required
