OHIO811 IS SEEKING CANDIDATES FOR A PUBLIC EDUCATION AND SERVICES COORDINATOR / LIAISON POSITION
OHIO811 has an opportunity for a public awareness and services coordinator / liaison to join our public education and outreach team. Contributing significantly to OHIO811’s underground utility protection and public safety mission, the responsibilities of the OHIO811 liaison include, but are not limited to: public awareness and excavator education, membership support and new member development, tradeshows and events, and the fostering of cooperation amongst industry stakeholders.
Upon successful completion of their orientation, this liaison’s area of responsibility will focus on southwestern Ohio, with participation in additional public education and outreach activities throughout the state. The role is based upon a flexible schedule that requires travel within the local and southwest region of Ohio, and which may require overnight and weekend availability. Candidates must have exceptional listening, public speaking and customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
