As a line cook you will supervise certain areas of the kitchen rather than the kitchen as a whole. You will report to the head chef, who is in charge of overall quality control within the kitchen. Your duties can vary, depending on availability.
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
Education Required: No High School diploma required
Certification or Licensing Required: Food Safety
Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
Job Responsibilities
Ensure that food comes out in high quality and in a timely fashion.
Understand various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of your work, for our Team Members, guests, and products.
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the Restaurant Staff.
Answer, report and follow Head Chef's instructions.
