Job Summary

 As a line cook you will supervise certain areas of the kitchen rather than the kitchen as a whole. You will report to the head chef, who is in charge of overall quality control within the kitchen. Your duties can vary, depending on availability.

  • Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
  • Education Required: No High School diploma required
  • Certification or Licensing Required: Food Safety
  • Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age


Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that food comes out  in high quality and in a timely fashion.
  • Understand  various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
  • Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of your work, for our Team Members, guests, and products.
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the Restaurant Staff.
  • Answer, report and follow Head Chef's instructions.
  • Team Player
