Job Skills / Requirements
The focus of our Project Technician Assistant is primarily commercial but can include residential building restoration services of floor work, window washing, pressure washing, disinfecting and fogging services specifically to COVID-19 impacted customers, and emergency services to include natural disaster or biohazard clean-up. Floor restoration consists of carpet cleaning, strip and wax, epoxy application, buffing and scrubbing, extracting carpet from a healthcare setting.
The hired associate must be willing to learn the following skills: floor restoration, disinfecting services and commercial/residential clean-up projects, carpet cleaning, carpet extraction, buffing, scrubbing, scrubbing tile floors and grout, stripping and waxing VCT floors,
Candidate must have flexibility, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to schedule projects. Time management, organizational skills, daily communication and frequent travel is required. Candidate must possess willingness to assist on floor restoration and special service projects with knowledge and experience in chemical application.
This position is Tuesday - Saturday 40+ hours a week. Potential to work Sunday and Monday as well for overtime.
Requirements:
Ability to work a flexible schedule. Willingness to work until the job is done. Hired associate must obtain a valid Driver's License and successfully complete a standard background check, drug screen and motor vehicle check.
