Knowledge of 1502 reporting, warehouse lending and securitization, payment control and related reconciliations, and customer service for lenders. Must have strong analytical and quality control skills. Must be capable of overseeing reporting processes for a loan portfolio of over 300,000 loans, plus a master reserve fund of approximately $3.5 Billion. Strong communication and problem solving skills; technically proficient in Microsoft Office solutions.
Responsible for reviewing day-to-day lender service operations including one or more of the following functions: document processing, payments, reporting, tax reporting, transmitting/ approving money movement, reviewing account activity, remittance reconciliation, and monitoring industry performance/adherence with stated agreements.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.
The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
